I personally have friends and family that have been affected by suicide and have lost loved ones to mental illness. While it’s hard to notice on the surface, mental illness is everywhere. We need to make sure we let our loved ones know it’s okay to talk to someone. It’s okay to feel this way. What’s not okay, is not talking about it before it’s too late. Bringing awareness to this cause is something that very well might be someone’s saving grace.
